Making Goals...

Today in my institute class we talked about goals. At the beginning we talked about how goals affected us on our missions. That is easy to answer, goals give you motivation, without goals you don't have the motivation to work hard. I think that is the real importance of goals. Life is hard but if you are motivated to accomplish something it becomes easier in a way. I know that if I hadn't set different kinds of goals on my mission I would not have loved the people, the work, and my companions as much as I did. I'm so glad I learned how to set a goal and reach it on my mission. After that part of class our teacher asked us if you are still using the principles of goal setting that we learned on our missions. Well... if I'm going to be completely honest I would have to say that I haven't really even thought about them until today. I do have goals but they aren't written down anywhere. I'm the only one that knows them. That isn't a good thing.

Here is one of my goals... are you ready for this... I'm going to start to make goals and put them on here. That is my goal... Get goals and tell everyone what they are. I also plan on telling you how I'm doing on reaching those goals.

The first goal I have is to plan out the rest of my schooling. I need to know how much longer I have in school and what classes I'm going to take each semester. I'm going to figure out my school life.
